Blair, a bit younger than today.I’m Blair MacIntyre, an Augmented Reality researcher and educator who has been working in the area since 1991.  I’m particularly interested in creating software to help non-geeks (i.e., people “not like me”) work with AR, and in exploring the potential of AR for a wide range of domains, from games to business collaboration to the interplay of AR with online virtual worlds.  

This blog will largely just contain random articles and thoughts about AR.  The area is becoming increasingly popular and thanks to the rapid advance of technology, especially in mobile phones, we will likely see real AR applications appearing any time now (late 2008, early 2009).
